Metro Lighting offers free shipping on items able to ship via UPS or Federal Express Ground for orders that are $49.00 or greater. This free shipping offer is applicable only to orders shipping to the 48 continental United States. Orders less than $49.00 will incur a standard shipping, processing and handling charge of $15.00. Orders cannot be combined for the purposes of this free shipping offer. We're sorry but we can't be responsible for the product once it is delivered to your door. UPS & FedEx generally leave packages without a signature if there is nobody home to sign for them. If you prefer to sign for the product please leave a note at the door requesting that the driver require a signature.
Truck Freight - Large & Oversized Items
Items too large to be shipped via UPS or FedEx must be shipped by truck freight. Orders containing items that must ship via truck freight will incur a $65 surcharge for EACH ITEM that must ship via freight. Items shipped via truck freight are delivered to curbside or driveway only. If your item is too large to ship via UPS or FedEx, we will contact you before shipping to confirm the additional charge.
All products sold by Metro Lighting are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have purchased a product from us and find it to be defective, please contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 636-449-4113 for assistance in processing your claim. We cannot be liable in any uncertain terms or conditions for installation fees of any kind.
If within (14) days of receiving your order, any product proves to be defective, contact us immediately. Do Not Ship the product back without contacting us first for an (RGA) # and return instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise, we will test it, if need be, and we will ship back to you (at our expense) a non-defective replacement product.
Orders can on occasion take up to 3 weeks for delivery depending on availability. Occasionally production schedules change and a product will be temporarily out of stock. This can cause delays. The manufacturers’ backorders are beyond our control. If your order has not been received in the time expected, please contact email@example.com, or call us at 314-963-8330,. We will contact you with any backorder information we receive.
If the packaging appears to be damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears to be damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us and the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier personally.
DO NOT DISCARD THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving them. The products must be new (never used or installed) and in factory-new condition with the entire manufacturer's packaging intact. Your original shipping and processing charges cannot be refunded, if applicable. Orders returned after 14 days or without an RGA # will not be accepted.
